Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent that aligns with our company’s culture and business objectives. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
- Provide guidance to managers on recruitment best practices and market trends.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
Process & Compliance
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor laws.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in developing and improving recruitment processes to enhance efficiency.
Employer Branding
- Represent the company positively to potential candidates.
- Support initiatives that promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and campus recruitment programs.
Onboarding & Integration
- Support onboarding processes for new hires.
- Ensure smooth transition from candidate to employee experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking software.
