About the role:
As a Senior Talent Manager, you will be responsible for generating recruitment opportunities for your respective practice area and furthering the brand awareness and service offering of Robert Half. For candidates, you will manage the full talent lifecycle, from initial pre-screen to internal interview, through to finalisation of permanent or contract placements. For clients, you will be responsible for new business development activity; maintaining and developing existing relationships, job order generation, understanding their requirements and advising and recruiting; accordingly, to include interviewing, presenting of profiles, negotiation of salaries and fees and post-placement care.
Responsibilities
- Candidate Management: Manage the entire talent lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for individuals seeking new career opportunities. This process includes pre-screening and conducting initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles.
- Internal Interviewing: Administering in-depth interviews to assess candidates/' capabilities and alignment with clients/' needs.
- Placement Management: Facilitating the placement process, for either permanent or contract roles, from inception to finalisation.
- Client Engagement: Developing and maintaining fruitful relationships with clients, including new business development and client relationship management.
- Job Order Generation: Collaborating with clients to generate job orders that align with their staffing needs and objectives.
- Consultative Recruitment: Advising clients on recruitment strategies, including candidate selection, profile presentation, and compensation negotiation.
- Post-Placement Support: Providing ongoing care and support to both clients and candidates post-placement to ensure a successful and enduring partnership.
- Additional activities: Social media strategy aligned with Robert Half's brand and strategy, time management using Salesforce Planner, and attending or hosting events to generate opportunities.

Experience required
You will hold 3+ years working in recruitment.
Base range
We offer a competitive base salary commensurate with your experience. The role has scope for between $80k - $90k plus an uncapped and transparent commission scheme.
