About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned People & Culture professional to play a pivotal role in shaping and embedding frameworks across a global business. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll lead a capable team while also driving the integration of acquired businesses, strengthening remuneration frameworks, and partnering with senior leaders to deliver real business outcomes. With a mix of strategic influence and hands-on leadership, this role offers the chance to impact culture, enable growth, and guide the organisation through its next chapter.
Duties
- Lead, coach, and mentor a growing People & Culture team to build capability
- Design and embed remuneration frameworks, including STI/LTI and bonus structures
- Partner with executives and leaders to strengthen people management and talent development
- Drive integration initiatives across acquisitions and global offices
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent programs to build strong pipelines
- Lead internal communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and cultural alignment
- Support culture initiatives, team building, and leadership programs across Australia and the U.S.
Skills & Experience
- Significant experience in a senior HR / People & Culture leadership role
- Strong HR Business Partnering background, ideally within professional services or engineering
- Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of remuneration, ER, compliance, and talent frameworks
- Commercially minded with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
- Resilient, patient, and adept at driving cultural change in a dynamic environment
