CELEBRATION CLUB INDIAN RESTAURANT We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to join our professional kitchen team. The successful candidate will play a key role in menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all dishes. Be part of a reputable and growing hospitality brand with a loyal customer base.   Task & responsibilities Plan and design menus, including special dishes and seasonal offerings. Estimate food and labour costs and maintain efficient inventory control. Order food supplies and manage vendor relationships. Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation. Discuss food preparation techniques and requirements with managers, dietitians, and kitchen or waiting staff. Demonstrate cooking techniques and advise staff on food preparation and presentation. Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes to high standards. Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, and workplace health regulations. Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring performance and development. Freeze and preserve foods where necessary to maintain freshness and minimise waste. Qualification & experience Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience as a Chef in a busy restaurant environment. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. Strong knowledge of food preparation methods, kitchen operations, and hygiene standards.
