Casual Chef – Asian Fusion Seaside Restaurant

Location: Marino, South Australia (Seaside) Employment Type: Casual / Flexible hours.

Are you a passionate chef who loves creating bold, flavourful dishes inspired by Asian fusion cuisine? Join our dynamic team at The Rocks Marino, a coastal restaurant known for its ocean views, vibrant menu, and warm hospitality.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Casual Chef to support our kitchen during busy service periods and special events. You'll work closely with our Head Chef to deliver high-quality dishes that blend Asian flavours with fresh, local South Australian produce.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen (Asian or fusion experience highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work under pressure during busy services
  • Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude
  • Preferably someone staying locally (Marino, Seacliff, Hallett Cove or surrounding areas)
