Environment & Planning Lawyer | Junior Role | Sydney CBD
Our client is seeking an environment & planning lawyer with at least 12 months post admission experience to join their growing team. The team has a blue chip client base including major property developers and ASX-listed companies. You will be exposed to a broad range of matters including:
- Undertaking advocacy in the Land & Environment Court
- Planning appeals
- Working on enforcements, judicial reviews, prosecutions
- Providing advice in relation to developments, contaminated land and heritage sites
- Advising on major property developments

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 12 months pae in the area of planning & environment law (gained from private practice, in-house or government environment or as an Associate at the LEC)
- Eagerness and enthusiasm to build your profile in the environment & planning space
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
