Job Description

- Lead the discovery phase of a Salesforce CRM implementation, ensuring clear scope definition, stakeholder alignment, and readiness for delivery.
- Facilitate workshops and consultations with senior stakeholders to capture business needs, pain points, and future-state requirements.
- Navigate government procurement processes, funding approvals, and authorising environments to ensure project compliance and momentum.
- Develop and maintain project artefacts including scope documents, risk registers, timelines, and governance frameworks.

The Successful Applicant

- Proven experience delivering end to end Salesforce CRM projects, ideally within government or similarly complex environments.
- Strong vendor management skills, with the ability to drive accountability and performance under tight delivery schedules.
- Demonstrated success in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including executives and steering committees.
- Solid understanding of government procurement, funding models, and authorising environments.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
