With University and TAFE campuses in Ballarat, Berwick, Gippsland, and the Wimmera we are positioned to provide pathways from vocational education and skills training through to higher education.**About the role**The Dynamics CRM Developer (Analyst Programmer) ensures the ongoing support and development of the University's Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and other University Administration Systems (UAS) by integrating and expanding applications through customisation. This fixed term opportunity has been created to extend the team as they deliver a strategic project to transform university applications, utilising MS Dynamics and Power Page Portals as the platform of choice.You will:* undertake required customisations according to the scope and the schedule of work;* support IT projects and perform operational support to ensure Dynamics CRM, Power Page Portals and the UAS operate effectively;* support IT projects by implementing and testing software patches and upgrades prior to release; and* ensure solutions meet or exceed stakeholder expectations and adhere to technical standards.**About you**You will become a subject matter expert in the University’s CRM System and will have technical responsibility for the design, development, testing and implementation of authorised changes and enhancements.You will possess:* extensive experience in design, development, and support of solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform and associated technologies;* experience providing operational support and troubleshooting of complex technical issues within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform;* experience implementing, administering, configuring, securing, and enhancing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM with external systems; and* design skills and a high level of expertise in complex systems analysis and design for development of solutions.**How to apply****Please apply by Tuesday, 4 November 2025**Applicants are required to submit a resume and a suitability statement not to exceed two-pages.Federation University is committed to The Circle Back Initiative program, whereby we will respond to every applicant.If you are experiencing technical difficulties with your application, please email the Recruitment team or phone 03 5327 9756.
