With University and TAFE campuses in Ballarat, Berwick, Gippsland, and the Wimmera we are positioned to provide pathways from vocational education and skills training through to higher education.**About the role**You will be responsible for delivering business analysis activities across concepts, business cases, projects, and other work related to the University’s CRM environment. You will focus on understanding business needs, process mapping, analysis, design and writing of stories and specifications to deliver effective CRM solutions that enhance student, staff, and stakeholder engagement.You will:* conduct stakeholder analysis and plan the execution of CRM business analysis tasks, ensuring active engagement and communication;* research and analyse user and stakeholder needs, pain points and existing systems to identify improvement opportunities;* document CRM-related business processes, workflows and use cases using industry standards; and* collaborate with the Product Owner to clarify, prioritise and refine backlog items.**About you**You will have a demonstrated understanding of business processes and how these relate to the requirements of University, CRM and other systems.
