The build will feature two separate buildings, each circa $35M build value, delivering 30–40 apartments with a basement, podium, and high-quality finishes.
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering multi-residential projects from start to finish.
The Role
- Oversee all aspects of the project from early works through to completion
- Manage design coordination, programming, procurement, and stakeholder communication
- Lead the site team to achieve quality, time, and budget outcomes
- Drive safety, compliance, and risk management
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and clients
About You
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in multi-residential construction
- Successful delivery of projects with basements, podiums, and mid-rise structures
- Strong commercial acumen and contract administration skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Able to manage complex, staged projects with multiple stakeholders
