Role Overview: We are seeking an experiencedProject Manager with a strong background in Information Management projectsto join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a variety of business improvement initiatives, with a focus on systems and data management, including document management systems. Experience withSharePoint, SAP DMSor similar platforms will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and business improvement projects, particularly in the Information Management domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Communicate project status and milestones to stakeholders at all levels.
- Support business analysts in translating business requirements into IT solutions aligned with the overall IT strategy.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party resources as needed.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of proven experience managing corporate projects from inception to business transition.
- Demonstrated success in delivering Information Management or document management system projects.
- Experience withSAP DMSor similar platforms is advantageous.
- Strong project management skills, including task and resource prioritization.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and/or Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PPM, PMI-ACP, CSM).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
