The Opportunity

We’re seeking a commercially savvy Project Manager to join our Brisbane team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with several years’ experience in project delivery or contract administration, looking to deepen their expertise in client‑side project management. You’ll work across the full project lifecycle, from concept design and procurement through to delivery and commissioning, on projects that require strong commercial insight, stakeholder management, and contract control.

Your Day‑to‑Day

- Manage projects from design through to delivery, ensuring quality, time, and cost outcomes are met

- Prepare and review design briefs, tender documentation, and procurement strategies

- Lead contract administration and manage consultant and contractor performance

- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and variations, ensuring sound commercial management

- Coordinate stakeholders including airport authorities, consultants, and contractors

- Deliver progress reporting and project updates to clients with clarity and confidence

You’re a proactive Project Manager who enjoys taking accountability and thrives in dynamic environments. You’re equally comfortable in a client meeting, reviewing a cost report, or resolving a commercial issue on site. Above all, you bring a strong sense of ownership and a passion for delivering great outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager or SPM delivering building or civil infrastructure projects

- Solid understanding of contract management, procurement, and financial control

- Experience managing consultants and contractors to drive project performance

- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

- Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Civil Engineering

You’ll stand out if you have:

- Aviation project experience (highly regarded but not essential)

- Background in civil or airfield infrastructure

- Experience working client‑side or within a consulting environment
