About the role

Join our Group Finance team as an Accounts Officer, supporting Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Expense Management. You’ll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance across our Sydney office.

What you’ll do

- Processing supplier and customer invoices, credit notes, and payments with accuracy and timeliness
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing employee expense claims, credit card facilities, and reimbursements in line with company policies
- Supporting month-end close activities and providing financial reconciliations
- Identifying and implementing process improvements and supporting financial system upgrades

Your experience

- 2+ years in Accounts Payable or similar finance role
- Strong understanding of financial systems and accounting processes
- Intermediate MS Excel and Word skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience with ERP systems and banking platforms (desirable)

Please note this role requires full working rights within Australia.

This role is best suited to a proactive individual who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and enjoys working collaboratively to deliver accurate financial outcomes.
