About the Role

Reporting to the Information Systems Manager, this role is responsible for identifying and documenting business processes and software requirements to support IT’s involvement in broader business-driven projects. You’ll act as a strategic partner to various business units, ensuring IT solutions are aligned with organisational goals and deliver real value.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse and document business processes and software requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into actionable IT deliverables.
- Prepare project documentation including briefs, business cases, and RFPs.
- Support solution design and validate alignment with business strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships across business units and IT teams.
- Identify risks and opportunities for improvement in systems and processes.

What You’ll Bring

- 5 + years’ experience in a Business Analyst or Solutions Partner role.
- FMCG industry experience is essential
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience with enterprise systems, preferably SAP and Microsoft platforms.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or related field (preferred).
- Business Analysis certification.
