About the Opportunity
At PMHC every employee plays a part in ensuring we work together to achieve positive outcomes for our community. We are looking for someone to join the People, Safety & Performance team as a Human Resources Business Partner to support the delivery of outcomes across Council, translating business needs into a people agenda using a customer centered approach to drive HR best practice, influence business performance and employee engagement.
On a typical day this role will:
- Deliver a range of HR services including IR case management, workforce planning, organisational and job design, succession planning, award and policy interpretation.
- Provide comprehensive generalist HR advice and coaching to managers on a range of people and culture matters to support the achievement of operational outcomes and facilitate an engaged, efficient and productive workforce.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Human Resource policies, procedures, strategies, plans and initiatives.
- Use knowledge and understanding of employment, Industrial Relations, EEO, and WHS Legislation and the Local Government Award to ensure compliance and promote adoption of best practice.
Remuneration and Benefits
Employment Type: Full time, Temporary to December 2026, 35 hours per week
Salary (exclusive of super): Starting in the range of $107,997 to $120,860 depending on skills and experience
