Are you an experienced administrator looking for a meaningful part-time role in a supportive, community-driven environment?

Levande is seeking a warm and organised Administration Assistant to join our team at Cardinal Freeman Village in Ashfield. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives on variety, and is passionate about making a daily difference in the lives of older Australians.

About the role

This is a job-share opportunity supporting one of our most vibrant and established villages. You’ll work closely with the Village Manager and broader team to keep things running smoothly while providing exceptional service to residents and their families.

Key responsibilities

- Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors with professionalism and care
- Support the resident move-in process and ongoing village communications
- Assist in organising community events and activities
- Provide administrative support to the Village Manager
- Handle billing, accounts payable, and general recordkeeping

About you

You’ll bring a proactive attitude, a friendly approach, and:

- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (SharePoint and D365 experience is a bonus)
- The ability to work well within a close-knit team
- A genuine passion for supporting older Australians
