Position
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for an Account Manager / Sales Representative to join the dynamic Sydney team. Based at the Eastern Creek branch, this hybrid role (approx. 65% office / 35% on the road) will see you managing an established client portfolio while driving new business across NSW and the ACT.
You’ll work closely with technical specialists to provide customised generator, hybrid, and integrated power solutions – ensuring clients across multiple sectors are powered up and ready for anything.
Responsibilities
- Managing and growing a strong portfolio of existing customers (approx. 60% of your time).
- Identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities (approx. 40%).
- Building relationships with key decision-makers across diverse industries.
- Preparing detailed proposals, quotes, and client presentations.
- Working with internal technical teams to deliver tailored energy solutions.
- Monitoring market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Maintaining strong CRM discipline and achieving/exceeding sales targets.
Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and delivering real solutions. A background in industrial, electrical, or heavy equipment sectors will be highly regarded – however, candidates with a trade background in generators or related fields who have transitioned into sales are also strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Attributes
- 2-3 years minimum experience in B2B or account management sales.
- Industry experience in energy, industrial, or heavy equipment sectors (advantageous).
- Product knowledge of electrical or power generation systems.
- Strong relationship management and solution-selling skills.
- Highly self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Current and valid driver's licence.

- $120K-$130K base salary + superannuation.
