This is a diverse and impactful role where your leadership will empower teams and influence the direction of one of our tech solutions.No day is average at humm but here’s an idea of what you can expect to do in this role:* Provide technical leadership and guide engineering squads in decision-making and problem-solving* Mentor and support developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture* Own solution design and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and scalability needs* Champion Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)* Collaborate with Product Owners to translate product vision into technical deliverables* Drive continuous improvement across development processes and team practices* Oversee 24x7 Level 3 support for squad-owned capabilities, ensuring reliability and customer satisfactionAs a Tech Lead, your role would involve leading a team of developers in designing, developing and maintaining applications that are deployed on cloud infrastructure, particularly across AWS services and Kubernetes. You bring strong programming expertise, a solid understanding of cloud architecture, and a passion for leading high-performing teams.
