As Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional property and facilities services across both office and retail, helping shape inspiring workplace experiences and contributing to Dexus’s reputation as a market leader.You will make an impact by:* Leading and coordinating internal and external teams to deliver a seamless customer experience across office and retail operations.* Managing lease obligations, financial performance, and reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and arrears.* Building strong tenant relationships and act as the primary contact for day-to-day correspondence and issue resolution.* Overseeing the operational performance of the retail asset with involvement in the office asset, ensuring proactive property management and alignment with Dexus values.**About You**You’re a commercially minded and service-driven Property Manager with a strong understanding of both retail and office environments. With a relevant tertiary qualification and solid industry experience, you bring a proactive approach, financial acumen, and a collaborative mindset to everything you do.You’ll bring:* A relevant tertiary qualification in property, real estate, or a related field, and a solid grasp of accounting principles, particularly accrual accounting.* Proven experience in retail property management, with exposure to office assets and hands-on involvement in budgeting and financial reporting.* Sound knowledge of building services, lease documentation, and market trends, with the ability to assess impacts on tenancy and asset performance.* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a professional approach to problem-solving and process improvement.The Dexus culture and spirit is what differentiates us.
