Momentum Media open for new defence/space reporter
Momentum Media is in need of a new journalist for its military affairs publication Defence Connect and aerospace title Space Connect.
The position will involve the proposal and production of new content pieces for Defence Connect and Space Connect’s digital portal, plus podcasts and special features. The journalist can be assigned to cover industry events and interview key figures, allowing opportunities to build up new contacts.
Candidates must be graduates of political science, journalism, international relations, or defence studies courses, with a strong interest in national and global politics, the aerospace industry, and the armed forces. Post-graduate credentials in the above disciplines are also acceptable. The applicant must have at least three years’ work experience in a business news or media platform environment and can be depended on to work with minimal supervision and produce quality output. Successful applications with CV and cover letter will be recommended for phone interviews.
