This is a unique chance to work at the forefront of investment performance measurement, reporting, and analytics across all funds managed by the Agency. You’ll collaborate with global thought leaders, contribute to our strategic plan, and help drive innovation through advanced automation and AI-enabled processes. This role is designed for an experienced analyst with a thorough knowledge of the investment market who is ready to take on increasing leadership responsibilities and shape the future of investment analytics in a purpose driven organisation.***Key Responsibilities**** Deliver accurate and insightful performance reporting and attribution across asset classes, ensuring alignment with calculation methodologies and governance standards.* Undertake complex ad-hoc and decision-based analysis, developing narratives that highlight performance drivers for stakeholders.* Apply advanced systems, coding, and data interrogation skills (Pearl, Factset, Power BI, Python, SQL) to uplift analytics delivery.* Maintain awareness of external changes impacting the team, implement necessary adjustments, and communicate key changes to the broader P&A team.* Establish and maintain high-quality documentation to ensure audit readiness and strengthen controls to strengthen data quality and mitigate operational risk* Act as a key contact for investment stakeholders, contribute to forums and manage outsourced service providers to mature the outsourcing model.* Partner with the Investment Data Management (IDM) team to align data inputs and support adoption of AI-enabled processes, including anomaly detection, automated reconciliation, and scenario analysis.* Provide day-to-day guidance to team members, support workload coordination, and contribute to the team’s strategic direction.* Progressively step into greater accountability, including prioritising requests, reviewing outputs for quality, and mentoring other team members.***About You**** You have a tertiary qualification in finance, economics, mathematics, business, technology, or quantitative disciplines; a postgraduate or professional qualification (CIPM, CFA Charter) will be highly regarded.* You bring extensive experience in investment performance measurement and attribution across multiple asset classes (listed, credit, alternatives, overlays, unlisted investments).* A proven ability to manage complex reporting cycles and ad-hoc analysis with accuracy and timeliness.* A strong track record in stakeholder engagement, with exposure to presenting and influencing investment teams and/or service providers.* Experience in coding, automation, or dashboard development will be highly regarded* You demonstrate initiative and ownership by independently driving high-quality, accurate outcomes.* You are open to feedback and actively seeks diverse perspectives as well as opportunities to learn.
