Job Description

- Design and implement Salesforce solutions to support organisational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and system optimisation.
- Lead the development of scalable and sustainable Salesforce architectures.
- Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other technology platforms.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
- Document system configurations, processes, and user guidelines.
- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership within the technology department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Sales force Solution Architect should have:

- 5+ years expertise in Sales force architecture and solution design.
- Experience with Salesforce integration and customisation.
- Experience in leading the architecture
- A collaborative mindset and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Field Service implementation is mandatory
- Proficiency in tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Banking, aged care, health care industry background preferred.
