Role Context

Are you a career Executive Assistant looking for a role that blends traditional EA responsibilities with strategic involvement at the leadership level?

This is a unique opportunity to join a global organisation in a temp-to-perm position supporting a senior executive. You’ll work closely with national leadership teams and government stakeholders, so a high level of professionalism and communication is essential.

In addition to supporting the executive, this role includes oversight of the Office Manager, requiring the ability to lead, delegate, and mentor effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, timesheets, and expenses
- Prepare presentation drafts and coordinate follow-up communications
- Liaise with internal teams and government stakeholders
- Support leadership forums and strategic events
- Lead and delegate to the Office Manager
- Represent the executive with maturity, discretion, and professionalism

- A career EA with a polished, professional approach
- Excellent communicator, confident engaging with senior and government stakeholders
- Collaborative, responsive, and values-driven
- Comfortable working autonomously and mentoring others
- Tech-savvy with experience in MS Office, Dynamics, Workday

Work Arrangements

- Anchor days in office required to align with executive presence
- Up to 2 days WFH per week, with flexibility available
- Business casual dress code
- Some domestic travel for leadership meetings
- Car parking available

The Role Offers

Casual Loading

Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
