Their products play a key role in construction projects across Australia, and they're now looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join their close-knit team.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on, practical work in a stable and supportive environment. You/'ll be operating machinery, assisting with production runs, and working collaboratively to meet daily targets.

- Location: Wacol, Brisbane
- Hours: Day Shift - early starts between 5:00am and 7:00am
- Pay: $70,000 + Superannuation (Overtime available)

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks and basic maintenance on equipment
- Forklift Operation: Assist with packing, stacking, and moving materials using forklifts
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, following company safety protocols

What We/'re Looking For

- Proven machine operation experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- Valid forklift licence and demonstrated skill in safe material handling
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks
- A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to be part of a team
