Tecside Group is partnering with a rapidly growing, ASX-listed national infrastructure services provider delivering innovative civil, electrical, and utilities projects across Australia.

The company has recently secured several major tenders and is now expanding its delivery capability across Western Australia. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team at a pivotal time. The organisation is seeking multiple Project Managers from mining or utilities backgrounds, who are ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in major project delivery.

The Role:

Based in Belmont, this leadership role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of civil and electrical infrastructure projects – from tendering and planning to execution and completion. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee delivery, and ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction remain at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, review, and manage project tenders alongside estimating and commercial teams
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of civil and electrical infrastructure projects
- Lead and mentor engineers, supervisors, and delivery teams
- Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and reporting
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring safety and quality standards

About You:

- Minimum 3 years’ of Project Management experience in the civil engineering and construction industry.
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience managing subcontractors and liaising with clients
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Project, Microsoft Office suite & Aconex
- Western Power project experience
