Westvic stafing solutions, in partnership with Port of Portland, have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join the team as a Business Management Trainee. Gain hands-on experience working alongside the Administration, Finance and Infrastructure teams. Learn about operations and contribute to exciting projects, whilst completing a Certificate III in Business.

As a Business Management Trainee, you’ll:

- Develop core business skills in a dynamic and supportive environment
- Gain exposure to operational systems including safety, payroll, and finance
- Contribute to real projects that support port operations

What We’re Looking For:

- Basic Microsoft Office Skills
- Willingness to learn operation systems, including safety, payroll and finance
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to stay organised and prioritise work tasks
- Strong attention to detail with a level of accuracy
- Agility to undertake and complete a Certificate III in Business
