We are looking to expand our team in Australia and are on the hunt for a Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our scaling team. If you are passionate about streamlining business administration processes, combined with an affinity for SaaS and Sales, we would like to hear from you.

**About the Role**

As a Sales & Customer Service Representative, you are the primary contact for new and existing customers, from small to medium sized businesses. You are responsible for selling all BK products through a consultative and solution selling approach. You will work alongside our Head of Global Sales.

**What you bring**
- Customer focus by providing the best solutions to make businesses run more efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of consultative, solution-based selling approach with our customers (short to medium cycles)
- Showcase BK products to customers through online product demos
- Qualify inbound leads from phone calls and online chat.
- Maintain account records and pipeline projections in CRM tools.
- Quote customers and maintain appropriate follow-up throughout the sales process to win the account.
- Collaborate with technical sales engineers and marketing to ensure customers’ needs are met.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of how your customers’ business practices works.
- Meet or exceed your assigned quota and weekly KPIs

**Qualifications**
- At least 3 years of related sales experience in a B2B environment (SaaS preferred although not a prerequisite)
- Prefered university degree in business, legal studies or statistics, although not a prerequisite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and thorough knowledge of excel and powerpoint.
- You love to talk to people about their business and are great at developing trust.
- You are a great and active listener.
- Hunter attitude, you enjoy proactive outreach and uncovering customer needs.
- Time management
- you’d describe yourself as a multi-tasker and can handle a high volume of leads.
- Good understanding and knowledge of CRM tools/systems ie, Salesforce.
- Practical technical knowledge on CRM customer data management will be an advantage.
- Willing to take the lead on other company projects outside of sales and customer service tasks.
- You collaborate effectively with other internal stakeholders inside BK throughout different worldwide timezones.

**Additional information**
- This role is a flexible, remote role with the option of working 100% from home **(Inside Australia only)**.
- Initially this role will be on a part-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week), as we continue to gain more customers a full time role will be available.
- You bring with you documented prior work experience in Sales with a good understanding of HR or legal business processes.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
