Reporting directly to the HR Manager and liaising with other HR team members locally and globally, you would support Epic with the following:Driving the end to end the recruitment process, including:* Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring needs and timelines.* Draft and post job advertisements in Workday and appropriate job boards, including the company website.* Review applications and shortlist candidates.* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and appropriate staff* Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive and timely experience.* Support the execution of recruitment strategies aligned with broader organisational growth goals.* Engage with HR to streamline recruitment process and improve efficiency.* Track and report on key recruitment metrics to help assess hiring performance and pipeline health.* Facilitate background checks, including medicals, reference checks and Australian work rights verifications.* Prepare and issue offer letters.* Participate in employer branding and talent outreach initiatives, including career fairs and recruitment marketing efforts.Provide general HR support, as required, including but not limited to:* Maintaining employee training records ensuring all compliance requirements are met* Contributing to the review and development of HR policies* Assisting with HR projects as the need arises* Some data entry and administrative support to the HR team* Some travel throughout Australia may be required as part of this roleSome travel throughout Australia may be required as part of this role**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**To be considered for this position, you will need to possess the following:* A bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields preferred* Three to five years’ experience in a similar recruitment role (or HR role with major exposure to recruitment)* Experience in end-to-end recruitment* A passion for recruitment, HR & general administration/ business support* An interest in staying current with the latest recruitment and human resources trends and best practices* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to form productive working relationships with employees/ stakeholders* Very high proficiency in Office 365 apps, including Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint* Experience using Workday’s recruitment platform highly regarded* Able to set priorities and meet deadlines* High attention to detail* Be reliable and punctual**OUR VALUES*** We are down to earth* We create value for our client* We embrace our differences* We never stop learning* We work together* We leave a positive legacy**EPIC PERKS*** Feel trusted and empowered to take ownership of your role and provide innovative solutions* Enjoying working in a friendly and welcoming environment with a collaborative team culture that values flexibility and fun* Regular social events and activities for team building* Employee Assistance Program* Birthday day off **Apply now:** careers@epicenvironmental.com.au **Follow us:**   If you have any questions call **1800 779 363** and ask for **Chloe Stephens** for a confidential discussion.**We’re blazing new trails.**Forget everything you think you know about how environmental companies work.
