SCHN Customer Technology Support Officer Digital - Workspace
The Sydney Children's Hospitals Network is the largest paediatric health care entity in Australia. We care for thousands of children each year in our hospitals and in their homes — with one purpose in mind — to help young people live their healthiest lives.
There are multiple opportunities across SCHN: one Full-Time Permanent position based in Westmead and one Full-Time Permanent position based in Randwick.
What you'll be doing
The Customer Technology Support Officer – Digital Workspace provides assistance, information and support to users to solve reported issues, prepare devices and technical equipment to support all employees within the SCHN and its customers. The overall aim is to provide excellent “front line” customer service and assist the business with their use of IT systems & services from a hybrid working environment.
About You
- Has a degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience in supporting IT services in a complex environment
- Ability to work in a flexible work environment including onsite, remote, after-hours and on-call support including on weekends and Public Holidays, or at short notice when there is an emergency to a variety of sites.
- Has demonstrated ability to work both cooperatively within teams and independently, including both remotely and across all SCHN sites and to ensure completion of work to an acceptable standard.
