What role will you play?

As the Head of Surveillance Technology, you will lead the development and implementation of advanced surveillance solutions, focusing on both electronic communication and trade surveillance. You will design and optimise technology architecture, integrating in-house systems with vendor platforms to deliver secure and scalable outcomes. Your expertise will guide the team in building systems capable of managing large-scale, high-frequency data while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

What you offer

- Proven experience leading technology teams, preferably within financial services or risk management, with a strong understanding of surveillance concepts and regulatory requirements
- Advanced knowledge of cloud services, especially AWS, and experience integrating vendor SaaS solutions with in-house technologies
- Practical expertise in big data technologies and data transformation tools, with a track record of designing scalable and high-performance systems
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
