We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment and Talent Advisor to support Council with selecting the right people to deliver high-quality services to our community. If you are customer focused, fantastic communicator, with a preference for being "in" the business, we would love to hear from you. What you’ll do - Work with leaders to support recruitment processes from job design through to onboarding - Drive best practice in inclusive recruitment to support diversity, equity, and cultural safety - Measure, evaluate and improve recruitment practices - Support the development of talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives - Champion an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to offer - Provide general HR advice and support to the organisation from time to time - Ensure recruitment processes are fair, transparent, and compliant with legislation You’ll love this job if you: - Are people centred and enjoy working with others - Want to help shape and make a difference in workplace capability - Are customer focused and passionate about measuring and improving performance - Confident in your communication across all levels in an organisation - Are an advocate for diversity and inclusion - Enjoy working in an evolving, fast paced environment with community at the centre of decision making - Want to be part of a collaborative, energetic, highly valued HR team More information can be found on the Position Description located below.
