Where do you fit in?

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our customers throughout their home-buying journey. The Operations and Customer Success Teams are crucial to our success, ensuring each customer's property journey—from search to settlement—is smooth.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage multiple work streams, including processing tasks across the property purchase process such as contract review, exchange, and settlement.
2. Liaise with lawyer partners and lenders to ensure our platform remains a comprehensive, one-stop-shop for customers.
3. Manage our support inbox, responding to customer queries with empathy and a commitment to exceptional service.
4. Process tasks and support requests within agreed turnaround times.
5. Maintain accuracy in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
6. Stay updated on business rules, operating procedures, quality standards, policies, laws, and regulations.

Experience:

- Experience in customer service, administration, or operational support.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong prioritization and planning skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to navigate complex processes.
- Team-oriented mindset and desire to contribute to a winning team.

Additional notes:

To support customers in WA, this role may require working outside Sydney hours, typically 10AM - 6PM, occasionally.
