You'll be a trusted advisor, a coach, and a catalyst for growth—bringing energy and expertise to every part of the employee experience.**What You'll Be Doing*** **Strategic Partnering -** Collaborate with leaders to design and deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and cultural alignment.* **Performance & Talent Development -** Embed a high-performance mindset through goal setting, feedback, and development planning. Identify and grow internal talent through succession planning and career pathways.* **Leadership Enablement -** Facilitate leadership programs and coach managers to build capability, foster accountability, and lead with impact.* **Employee Experience & Engagement -**Lead engagement survey processes, translate insights into action, and support leaders in building thriving, inclusive teams.* **Employee & Industrial Relations -** Provide expert guidance on HR policies and employment legislation. Manage complex employee relations matters and support EBA negotiations.* **Wellbeing & Inclusion -** Champion psychosocial safety and wellbeing initiatives.
