Internally, this role is titled Executive Business Partner (EBP).

About the Role

You’ll work closely with the Group CEO and the broader ELT/SLT, providing high-level support across multiple executives and teams. This role goes beyond traditional EA duties – you’ll act as an Executive Business Partner by helping translate executive priorities into actions, coordinate cross-functional projects, and manage day-to-day operations.

- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track actions for ELT, SLT, and board meetings
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups across multiple executives and teams
- Drive projects from start to finish, ensuring milestones are achieved
- Provide office management and administrative support
- Support governance requirements including board reporting
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the executive office when required

What You Bring

- 5+ years’ EA experience supporting multiple C-suite or senior executives
- Experience managing competing priorities across multiple teams
- Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to follow through
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Excel, project management tools)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and execution-focused

Why Join Us

This is a unique role for an EA who wants to stretch beyond traditional support. You’ll work closely with dynamic leaders, gain visibility across the business, and play a key role in keeping the leadership team aligned and effective.
