We’re looking for a Test Analyst who thrives in a collaborative environment, brings curiosity to problem-solving, and is eager to contribute to building robust, user-focused platforms. You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our web apps, data systems, and reports, helping financial advisers across the country deliver better outcomes to their clients.**Responsibilities:*** Partner with developers, analysts and product teams to test web-based applications, reports, and data pipelines.* Design and maintain test cases and support regression, performance, UAT and post-validation testing.* Contribute to evolving our test strategy with a mix of **manual and automation testing**.* Simulate end-to-end workflows for **data ingestion and transformation** across systems.* Help identify the right tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency.* Collaborate on performance testing to ensure reliability, scalability, and speed.* Document test plans and outcomes, and maintain QA knowledge base.* Work closely with stakeholders to align on requirements and quality goals.* Foster a strong testing culture through knowledge-sharing, mentoring and collaboration.**Requirements:*** 2–5 years’ experience in software testing or quality assurance.* Understanding of QA lifecycle including requirement analysis, test case design, execution, and reporting.* Experience testing data-driven systems (Power BI knowledge a plus).* Working knowledge of SQL for data validation.* Exposure to test automation tools like Playwright or Postman, or willingness to learn.* Comfortable working in Agile teams and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).* Curious about or experienced in performance testing and CI/CD pipelines.* ISTQB Certification or equivalent.* Experience in financial services, fintech, or wealth systems.* Awareness of secure software practices and industry compliance standards.* Collaborative, inclusive and a clear communicator.* Organised and detail-oriented, but flexible in your thinking.* Passionate about continuous improvement—personally and for the team.* Able to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.* Value transparency, integrity and empathy in your work.* Bring a growth mindset, and enjoy helping others learn and grow.**The Recruitment Process*** Acknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.* Our Talent team will start reviewing your application.
