Cooper Grace Ward has a great opportunity for an organisedJunior Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team where youwould provide timely and accurate financial and administrativesupport to our authors. This role is key to deliveringhigh-quality, personalised service to clients across the firm.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Inputting invoices for CGW, Barea and CGW Nominees withcorrect allocation to expense codes
- Processing creditor payments via electronic funds transferand cheques
- Managing weekly team reimbursements by EFT and generalmatter payments
- Handling electronic fund transfers between General, Barea,Trust, credit cards account and CGW nominees
- Processing corporate credit cards and managing petty cashwith reconciliations
- Assisting with minor journal entries and monthly printingallocations
- Supporting file closure and reopening processes
- Contributing to any additional tasks ensuring smoothbusiness operations

About you

- Experience in accounts payable within a professionalservices setting is advantageous, though not mandatory
- High proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Excellent customer service skills with clear and effectivecommunication
- Great attitude with the ability to exercise initiative
- A general enthusiasm for finance and a willingness tocontinuously learn and develop your skills
- Ability to work autonomously but most importantly as partof a team
- Strong attention to detail, with a strong sense ofintegrity and discretion when managing sensitive financialinformation
