Be welcomed into a compassionate, respectful and purpose-driven community where we don’t just talk about values – we live them.**Your opportunity*****Full-Time – Castle Hill Location – Monday to Friday (May include occasional weekend work)***As our **Maintenance Supervisor**, you will coordinate and oversee the delivery of high-quality maintenance services across our Castle Hill Villages. You’ll ensure facilities are safe, functional and well-maintained, while leading by example and supporting a culture of excellence, safety and respect.With integrity and dedication, you will:* Oversee reactive and preventative maintenance programs to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.* Coordinate contractors and maintenance staff, managing workflows and ensuring tasks are completed on time.* Carry out maintenance tasks and inspections to keep buildings, equipment and grounds in top condition.* Monitor safety practices and compliance with WHS standards and Anglicare’s Contractor Handbook.* Maintain accurate records and stock levels, ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained.* Build positive relationships with residents, demonstrating empathy, respect and professionalism.* Support a values-driven workplace that promotes teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.**What you’ll bring**You are a hands-on professional who takes pride in creating well-maintained environments that enhance residents’ wellbeing.
