At Levande Cardinal Freeman in Ashfield, we’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who’s committed to delivering high-quality maintenance services that support a safe and welcoming environment for our residents.

As Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead a small team responsible for maintaining the village’s buildings and facilities to a high standard. Your work helps ensure our residents can enjoy peace of mind in a well‑maintained environment.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and support the day‑to‑day work of the maintenance team

- Manage preventative and reactive maintenance for village buildings and facilities

- Coordinate contractor access and oversee quality of completed works

- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and reporting protocols

- Respond to resident maintenance requests with professionalism and care

- Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in safe working order

- Use digital systems to log, schedule, and track work requests

What You’ll Bring

- At least 3 years’ experience in building or facility maintenance

- Experience leading or supervising a small team

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- A customer‑first mindset and great communication skills

- Confidence using basic digital tools (email, calendars, job tracking systems)

- Sound understanding of WHS practices

Even Better If You Have

- Experience working in residential, healthcare, or retirement living environments

- A valid driver’s licence
