Role Purpose

We are looking for an effective Food and Beverage Supervisor who can support the delivery of bar operations in the Hotel Lobby Bar.

This is a part time position and reports to our General Manager.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily bar operations and assist with staff training and rostering
- Maintain beverage inventory, perform daily stock checks, and manage requisitions
- Ensure compliance with RSA, licensing, and workplace health & safety regulations
- Provide friendly, professional service and handle guest feedback promptly
- Support the creation and promotion of new cocktails, specials, and events

Qualifications

Your many talents will include:

- Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role in a restaurant environment
- Understanding of current food and wine trends.
- Established knowledge of a-la-carte, breakfast buffet and beverage service
- A great communicator with strong motivations to provide great service
- The ability to showcase the best of Sydney to locals and the visitors.
- A natural ability to connect with people from around the globe.
- NSW RSA certificate
