About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cook/Chef to join the Milly’s team. This varied role involves delivering high-quality breakfasts for our hotel guests, catering for events, and preparing beloved cafe classics.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and deliver high-standard menu items, including breakfast & catering

- Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes

- Ensure efficient time management and food preparation during peak hours

- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Work collaboratively within a fast-paced kitchen team

About You: You are passionate about food and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will also have:

- Proven experience as a chef or short-order cook in a busy kitchen

- The ability to follow directions and work independently

- Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude

- Availability to work early mornings, nights, and weekends

- Solid knowledge of food safety standards
