Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast and lunch dishes with consistency and flair
  • Collaborate on menu development, including seasonal specials
  • Ensure food presentation is visually appealing and meets café standards
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and waste minimisation
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced café while contributing positively to the team

What We're Looking For
  • Passion for cooking, especially café-style breakfast and lunch dishes
  • Previous experience as a chef or cook in a café or restaurant setting
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for fresh, seasonal menu ideas
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to perform under pressure
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • A team player with great communication skills
