Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals to a high standard, following the café's menu and recipes.
  • Ensure exceptional food quality, taste, and presentation at all times.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, order ingredients, and maintain an organised, clean workspace.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth operation and exceptional customer service.
  • Adhere to food safety, hygiene standards, and relevant regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef/Cook in a fast-paced, high-volume setting (e.g., café, restaurant).
  • Strong culinary skills and a solid understanding of various cooking techniques.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining the highest quality and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Full-time availability, with the flexibility to work during both day and night shifts.
