Position Profile: As a part of the multidisciplinary team plans, implements, coordinates and evaluates Physiotherapy services in the clinical specialty area of Community Rehabilitation (CR) using advanced Physiotherapy clinical practice skills. Plans, implements and evaluates patient safety and quality of care. Supervises Physiotherapy staff and support staff in the unit/clinical area, coordinates duties and manages performance. Kalamunda District Community Hospital (KDCH) is a specialist hospital and is part of the Armadale Kalamunda Group. The hospital provides both day surgical procedures and a specialist inpatient palliative care service for patients in the east metropolitan area.
