Senior Allied Health Assistant

This is a Permanent appointment for 1 FTE (76 hours per fortnight)

Currently we are seeking a Senior Allied Health Assistant to join our team. The successful applicant/s implements therapy programs independently in patients' homes as directed by the Rehabilitation in the Home team of Senior Physiotherapists, Senior Occupational Therapists, Senior Social Workers, Senior Speech Pathologists and Senior Dietitians. Supports the Rehabilitation in the Home (RITH) teams to manage physical resources and record service activity. RITH Armadale is located on the Armadale Health Service site near the scenic Perth hills with easy access and on-site free parking.
