Role: Weekend Physiotherapist – Rehabilitation Services (Permanent Part-time: 30.4 hours per fortnight). Weekend role available at Joondalup Health Campus.

Responsibilities

- Provide excellent care for patients as a key member of the weekend physiotherapy service within the private rehabilitation unit.

- Apply your physiotherapy skillset to care for geriatric patients in a multidisciplinary team.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a qualified Physiotherapist with proven skills and experience in a hospital setting. You will communicate effectively and maintain relationships with patients, staff and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy and eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with a minimum of 1-2 years post-graduate experience in a hospital setting.

- Demonstrated ability to implement and evaluate evidence-based practice assessments and interventions across a range of conditions, with specific focus on inpatient rehabilitation and the geriatric population.

- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) and experience in supporting and overseeing a Physiotherapy Assistant.
