About the role

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you’ll deliver tailored in-home and community-based care that supports older adults and people with disabilities to live independently. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, supervise Allied Health Assistants and students, and drive service excellence across our At Home Aged Care division. This is a 12 month fixed term contract, replacing a team member who has gone on maternity leave.

Responsibilities

- Deliver best-practice Physiotherapy services including assessments, care planning, mobility support, and equipment prescription.

- Lead and mentor a team of physiotherapists, support staff, and students.

- Manage referrals, caseloads, and group programmes across aged care and disability services.

- Promote physiotherapy services internally and externally to help grow and improve care offerings.

- Support client outcomes through collaboration, education, and continuous service improvement.

About you

- AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist with a tertiary qualification

- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in aged or community care

- Strong assessment, communication, and report-writing skills

- Proven ability to lead, supervise, and support a multidisciplinary team

- Knowledge of aged care funding streams (CHSP, HCP, STRC, My Aged Care) is desirable

- Ability to work autonomously and manage caseloads effectively

- Current driver’s licence and valid police check
