Your new role

This role is classified at either AO5 or AO6 level, depending on your capability and experience.

- AO5 Classification: You will focus on HR projects, including supporting the internship program, onboarding processes, and other project-based initiatives.
- AO6 Classification: You will provide generalist HR advice, manage complex employee matters, and support broader organisational development.

Key responsibilities

- Supporting the People and Culture team in delivering and coordinating HR projects.
- Managing complex employee issues through effective case management and workplace interventions.
- Providing HR generalist advice across employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices aligned with the organisation's strategic direction.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience in case management and resolving complex employee issues.
- A strategic mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- The ability to provide practical and effective HR advice across a range of areas.
