- Promote mental health awareness and a performance culture aligned to company values
- Maintain ISO 9001:2015 expectations through compliant process, documentation, and customer focus
- Champion WHS by modelling safe behaviours, completing required training, and escalating issues promptly
- Travel to various sites as needed to build relationships and deliver on KPIs

You bring proven experience in a P&C Advisor or HR generalist role within fast‑paced, multi‑site environments, ideally manufacturing or similar. You are confident across recruitment and onboarding, ER fundamentals, policy and process, and HR reporting. You communicate clearly, manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and build trust quickly with stakeholders at all levels. Exposure to Zambion, ISO environments, and WHS will be highly regarded.
