What You’ll Do:

- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and state guidelines
- Monitor residents for responses to medications and report any concerns
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Accurately document medication administration and care activities
- Support individualized care plans alongside nurses and caregivers
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and uplifting environment
- Contribute to a positive resident experience through professional, compassionate care

What You Bring:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program
- Current MA-C and STNA licence in the State of Ohio
- Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care is a plus
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- A warm, patient, and resident-first mindset
