What You'll Do :

Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and state guidelinesMonitor residents for responses to medications and report any concernsAssist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobilityAccurately document medication administration and care activitiesSupport individualized care plans alongside nurses and caregiversHelp maintain a clean, safe, and uplifting environmentContribute to a positive resident experience through professional, compassionate care

What You Bring :

High school diploma or equivalentCompletion of a state-approved Medication Aide training programCurrent MA-C and STNA licence in the State of OhioExperience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care is a plusStrong communication skills and attention to detailA warm, patient, and resident-first mindset
